Managers from Manchester City Council's Children's Service department (25 staff) are currently involved in a post-graduate certificate in 'Leadership and Management' to embrace the delivery of the five outcomes of the Every Child Matters agenda for England and Wales. The course, delivered by CUE, involves leaders and managers at all levels working with change, developing capacity and adding value to outcomes and business objectives.
